I am currently serving on the Rabobank Community Advisory Committee for our local area.  At a recent meeting the question came up of "Bank Safety".  As a follow up to the meeting the CFO send me the attached article listing the 50 safest banks in the world. Click here for the full article. As you can see Rabobank, which is based in the Netherlands, is ranked #14.  Rabobank started as an agriculture co-op bank in Holland and has expanded into the U.S.

Today I am reposting a blog from my friend Matthew Ferrara.  I have known Matt for many years as a speaker, coach, and thinker.  In today's post, Matt describes a simple act of kindness that became Epic.  I would like to point out that Matt, whether he meant to or not, became Epic in his own way, just by giving simple recognition for a deed well done. 

So what's the takeaway?  It does not have to be loud or flashy.  It can (and should) even be kept to yourself, but a simple act to make some one's day, better or important to them, makes you Epic. Give it a try.
