Market and Interest Forecast
This week we are posting Corelogic's price predictions by state for 2018. As you can see on the graphic below California is again leading the way.
We are also posting a chart predicting the mortgage rates by quarter for 2018. The sources are the Fannie Mae, the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). While they each are predicting increased rates, they all are predicting rates to remain below 5%.
