According to Credit Suisse, the Real Estate market ended the year 2017 with low inventory across the country. The general consensus is that low inventory and seasonal trends slowed the buyer market in December 2017. Please view the Credit Suisse report here for specifics in the major markets across the nation, including 5 markets areas in California.

They always say it's good to have plenty of parking at your office. I think so. This morning we had a visit from the SLOFD. They found a space just fine. We had some smoke, but no fire. The crew was great, and spent lots of time checking out the entire building. All clear. Thanks fellas.
