Downtown Claremont just minutes away and close to Whole Foods and transportation. Head over to the Mt. Baldy lodge for a cup of coffee or a hot tea to warm up in the winter or grab an ice-cold drink to cool off during the Spring and Summer. There is nothing like catching the cool breezes of fall. The septic system is in great shape, granite counter tops, stove, refrigerator, microwave and lots of sunshine! Sit outside and take in all that the forest has to offer.
